Winnipeg Teen LxAM Announces December Release Through Disco Fries’ Label

WINNIPEG, Manitoba — Winnipeg DJ and producer LxAM will release his new single, “Get Out My Way,” on Dec. 11, 2026, through Liftoff Recordings, the independent dance label founded by the U.S. duo Disco Fries.

LxAM, the artist project of 17-year-old Liam Harvey, is building a sound around vocal hooks, propulsive basslines and house rhythms. The upcoming release follows Spotify editorial support for his earlier track, “I Just Wanna Dance,” which was added to Spotify’s Bangers playlist.

“Get Out My Way” is a 128 BPM vocal house record that tackles the emotional turning point of leaving a restrictive relationship behind. Rather than dwelling on frustration, the track turns that feeling into an assertive, high-energy club groove.

“The song is about getting to a place where you know you need to move forward,” LxAM said. “I wanted the vocal to have emotion, but the production to feel like confidence and freedom.”

The song’s release on Liftoff gives Harvey a connection to an established dance-music platform. Disco Fries—Nick Ditri and Danny Boselovic—have worked with Tiësto and produced remixes for Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Selena Gomez and Flo Rida. Their label has released music for more than a decade, spotlighting both the duo’s work and developing electronic talent.

With roots in Manitoba and creative ties to Miami, LxAM is continuing to introduce his music beyond his hometown.
