Omer Keinan and Kadmon tap into carnival-ready Afro-Cuban grooves with their new single “Cuba” on Make The Girls Dance Records.
This pair have known each other for years and that chemistry brings cultural grooves to their sounds, with plenty of authentic instrumentation and cultured melody. Between them they have landed on labels like Hommega Productions, Beatopia and many more, and this time head to Latin America.
Say the artists, “We were jamming in Omer’s studio, looking to create something that felt a little different. With no real plan, we slipped into an Afro-Cuban groove, hit record, and caught a moment of pure flow. That session became the foundation of ‘Cuba’.”
The track blends live trumpet, piano, bass and percussion with a driving electronic house pulse, capturing the energy of that spontaneous jam. It’s a vibrant sound with uplifting energy and lasting charm.
