Marking the next chapter in Dirschka’s evolving catalogue, “Are We Dreaming” is set to deliver the melodic emotion, uplifting momentum and immersive atmosphere that trance fans continue to seek. The upcoming release draws on the genre’s timeless ability to create a sense of escape, turning sound, energy and feeling into a complete listening journey.
For Josh Dirschka, electronic music has always been a source of discovery and expression. His connection with the scene began in the early 2000s, when he was exploring underground releases, recording DJ mixes on cassette and mastering the foundations of mixing on Technics 1200s. That formative experience created a lasting appreciation for carefully curated musical progression and the craft of guiding listeners through a set.
Today, he applies that same sensibility to his work as a producer. Every release is shaped by an understanding of how melody, rhythm and atmosphere can come together to create a powerful emotional response—whether experienced through headphones, in the car or in front of a packed dancefloor.
Dirschka’s DJ journey has included frequent performances at Sub Rosa nightclub in Fortitude Valley, with appearances at events including Tranceformation and the sold-out Tranceclassics Festival. He has also performed at the sold-out Pulse and Nubreed Events Trance Boat Party, bringing his love of trance to audiences across the Australian scene.
Released under catalogue number ALVD2795, “Are We Dreaming” will arrive on 13 November through Alveda Music. Fans can pre-save the release now and be among the first to hear Josh Dirschka’s latest uplifting trance journey.
